Action Rent A Car Brisbane Insurance Insurance: Subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement being met, comprehensive insurance cover is included in the daily rate, subject to an excess for the first incident or any damage arising from the hire. The excess may be reduced by payment of an excess waiver fee (ref below). In the event of a second incident or further damage the excess will revert to the standard applicable excess as below.
Under no circumstances are vehicles to be taken off sealed bitumen roadways or to leave the Mainland. In the event a vehicle is taken off road it will be deemed a breach of contract and any insurance will be considered null and void.
Single Vehicle Excess: In the event of any damage as a result of a single vehicle incident, however caused, the applicable excess defaults to the standard excess rate as below. This excess may be applied at the discretion of management.

NB: If you are hiring the Ford Territory 7 seater SUV, please be aware that if you are utilising the vehicle as a people mover, then very limited luggage space is available. If you are unable to take the vehicle on arrival due to excess luggage then a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of the hire will be applicable.
